Rates & Rooms

We trust that when the booking is made it is kept and to prove our trust we do not ask for a deposit. If a booking is cancelled provided that we know 24 hours in advance we totally understand and hope that at sometime in the future you will visit us.

However, if a booking is cancelled at very short notice within 24 hours of your stay then we reserve the right to request payment in full for that night or 50% of the total booking.

• Standard single room £40 (per person)
  Single ensuite room £50 (per person)
• Standard double room £60 (£30 per person)
  Double ensuite room £70 (£35 per person)
• Standard twin room £60 (£30 per person)
  Twin ensuite room £70 (£35 per person)
• Triple room £90 (£30 per person)
• Family room with 4 or more members £25 per person a night

All prices include breakfast.

ROOMS

Our guest bedrooms are all kept spotlessly clean and the linen
is ironed with beautiful creases! All our rooms are furnished
to the same high standard with solid pine, large flat digital
freeview televisions and a refreshment tray of tea, coffee,
sugar, milk and biscuits.
